Data Retention Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
Because this website collects nothing, this policy only covers the small amount of information Jenny receives directly when you get in touch or engage her - and how long she keeps it.
1. What this covers
The website itself stores no personal information (see the Privacy Policy). This policy is about the details you share with Jenny personally - for example when you message her about your due date, or when she looks after your family.
2. What is kept
- Your messages and contact details in WhatsApp, WeChat or by text/phone.
- Basic enquiry details you provide, such as your city and expected dates.
- Simple notes about a booking while Jenny is caring for your family.
This information sits within the messaging apps and Jenny's own phone. It is not held in any separate database or on this website.
3. How long it is kept
Jenny keeps your information only for as long as there is a genuine reason to:
- Enquiries that do not go ahead: removed once it is clear the enquiry will not lead to a booking, and in any case within about 12 months.
- Bookings and completed care: kept during the arrangement and for a reasonable period afterwards - normally no more than around two years - in case you get back in touch or a question arises about the care provided.
- Anything you ask to be deleted: removed promptly on request, unless there is a legal reason it must be kept.
4. Web host logs
Any technical logs kept by the website's host (such as IP addresses and request times) are retained by that host under its own policies, typically for a short period, and are not controlled or used by Jenny.
5. Asking for your information to be deleted
You can ask Jenny to delete the information she holds about you at any time. Just send a message via WhatsApp or WeChat using the details in the contact section of the website, and she will remove it unless she is legally required to keep it.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
